Chris is a Master Practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment — a revolutionary attitudinal instrument and insightful tool that empowers clients to see where seven distinct levels of energy play a role in each aspect of clients’ professional and personal lives.
With a background in visual design, technical communications, presentation and over 13 years of tactical graphic design experience, Chris facilitates human progress by empowering people to assess situations in unconventional ways. He has over 7 years of experience working with corporate Executives, agencies, directors, mentoring internal teams and orchestrating relationships with clients and leaders. His innate creativity, passion for life, attention to detail and creative problem solving skills have earned him praise by executive coaching and design clients alike.
Chris has held design leadership roles at various technology startups in New York and Austin and is also Principal of Magdesign, a high-tech strategic design firm based in Austin. His career work includes work with clients including Elizabeth Arden, Lancôme, Sony Ericsson, IBM, Spiceworks, Bazaarvoice and SailPoint Technologies. He is currently Founder of Seven Sectors, a progressive Executive Coaching practice designed to positively impact and transform individuals and businesses from the core through a method called Energy Leadership.
Chris is currently Certified as a Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and was recently granted the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where he studied visual communications and psychology.
Born in Paris France and raised in New York City, Chris currently resides in Austin with his wife and two children.
